Scheduling & Payment Policy & VIRTURAL VISITS

It is recommended that all Clients book a free 15-minute Phone Consultation before appointments are scheduled. This is very helpful to determine what your needs are and if we can assist you. 

Insurance: In network Insurance benefits will be accepted for BCBS of North Carolina and Atena beginning May 2025. Please Contact for more information. 

Self-Pay: Payment is due immediately after services are received and a payment link will be sent to via email or phone.  

Please be advised that a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Same day cancellations without proper notice will be charged a$20.00 cancellation fee.   Payment methods include Paypal, and Square and all major credit cards are accepted, VISA, Master Card, and American Express. For clients who wish to receive the sliding scale fee please sliding scale fee page. 

Virtual visits are provided through a secure portal that is HIPPA compliant, and a link will be sent to you prior to your appointment with further instructions.
